Shipping Availability & Cost

Canada-wide shipping is $15 max for the best-value option: if the underlying carrier rate is lower, you pay the lower rate. Eligible merchandise totals after discounts, before tax and shipping, receive free shipping at $100 or more. GST/HST is calculated on discounted merchandise plus customer shipping using the delivery province and shown before payment. Checkout may also offer meaningful faster carrier services at their full quoted prices. International checkout is not currently offered.

Packed With Collectors in Mind

Sealed Pokémon TCG products are packed carefully with collector condition in mind, using protective packaging intended to reduce movement and transit damage.

Signature Service

Signature service is intended for all shipped orders. Available services and delivery estimates depend on the checkout quote; no specific carrier or transit time is promised here.

International Charges

International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage, customs charges, and other destination-country fees unless Salty Vault explicitly states otherwise.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Email support immediately if an address correction is needed; a change is not guaranteed once fulfillment is underway.

Missing Deliveries

If a parcel appears lost in transit, or tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate it, contact Salty Vault promptly. We will help investigate with you and the carrier where appropriate. Any remedy depends on the investigation, carrier result, circumstances, and applicable law.

Pickup and Preorders

Salty Vault does not offer local pickup. Only products marked Pre-Order Open can be preordered; they await incoming stock before fulfillment. Products marked Coming Soon cannot be purchased.
