Terms of Use

You may use this storefront and its public features for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated access in a way that materially disrupts the storefront or other visitors.

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. We work to keep product information, imagery, prices, and availability accurate, but information may be corrected or updated.

Putting an item in your cart does not reserve it. Price, purchase eligibility, and available quantity are rechecked during checkout. Products marked Coming Soon are not preorders and cannot currently be purchased.

Products marked Pre-Order Open are expected incoming inventory. Preorders are subject to our Pre-Order Policy, including supplier allocation changes, estimated timing, cancellations, and refunds.

Salty Vault currently offers guest checkout; no customer account is required. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. An order is placed only after payment is confirmed to Salty Vault.

An order may be cancelled and refunded where permitted by law for an inventory error, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or security concerns, inability to fulfill, or another legitimate operational reason. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Contact us at support@saltyvault.ca immediately to request a cancellation, address correction, or item change. We will make a reasonable effort to help, but no change or cancellation is guaranteed because fulfillment may already be underway even if the website status has not yet updated.

TCG and collectible purchases are generally final sale. The process for wrong items, material order discrepancies, transit damage, missing deliveries, and approved refunds is explained in our Returns & Refunds policy.

Salty Vault’s original branding, site design, copy, and creative materials belong to Salty Vault or its licensors. You may not reproduce or exploit those materials except as permitted by law.

Pokémon, Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, and related trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their use for product identification does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

We work to keep the storefront accurate and available, but interruptions and errors can occur. To the extent permitted by law, Salty Vault is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms operate subject to applicable law. Nothing in them limits mandatory consumer protections or other statutory rights that apply to you.
